Test Results
When a clinician requests tests to be carried out, the results should be available within two weeks.
We will contact you if there is abnormality, either by phone or text. However, if you have not heard from us within two weeks please ring the results line 020 8662 1233 or visit our LiveChat via the website to see if the results are back.
Please leave a message stating your name, date of birth and what results you are waiting to be informed of. You will then be contacted within 24 hours to be given your results; this may be sent to you via text message.
On some occasions the doctor would like to discuss your results with you so you will be asked to book a telephone consultation with that doctor.
Hospital Investigations
If the hospital has ordered an investigation they will be responsible for reporting on those results. The GP practice will not be given this information.
The clinicians are not neccessarily trained in that area of specialist medicine to interpret or discuss these results.
