Influenza/Pneumonia Vaccination
Our practice nurses run flu clinics starting in September each year. The NHS recommends injections for everyone over the age of 65 or those of any age with chronic medical conditions and expectant mothers. If appropriate you will be offered a pneumonia vaccination at the same time. It is not possible to send out invitations to all eligible patients, so please do not wait to be invited. If you fall into one of the recommended categories please contact the surgery in early September to book an appointment for your flu vaccination.
