If you have a complaint, please write to our management team via our generic email, or alternatively you can fill out a complaints form at reception which will be passed to the management team. We will always investigate the complaint and respond either in writing or by arranging to meet and discuss your concerns. We welcome suggestions on how we might improve our services.
