We work hard to provide the best service we possibly can. We also appreciate that we don't always get it right and would like to hear what has happened and how we can avoid it happening again.
Before making a complaint, please consider if what happened was due to a process out of our sontrol or perhaps a 3rd praty provider, such as the Hospital or Pharmacist.
