CONSULTING TIMES
The surgery is open for appointments from 8.00am until 8.00pm Monday to Thursday; 8.00am until 6.30pm on Fridays; and where possible on Saturday mornings from 9.00 until 11.00am for routine appointments only. Surgery sessions will operate at various times across these opening hours. Urgent requests may still be referred to the out-of-hours service if they fall outside of our core hours (8.30am to 6.00pm) and at weekends.
Although the building will be open at these times, the telephones will be diverted to the out-of-hours service after 6.30pm.

DISABLED
AND GENERAL ACCESS
We have full and easy access for those using wheelchairs. The front entrance is flat and automatic double doors make entry easy for all. We do have some clinical rooms on the 1st floor, so please do advise our reception staff if you are unable to go upstairs and they will arrange for you to be seen on the ground floor. Space is available for mothers using prams and pushchairs, but we do request that prams are left in the lobby area and not taken into consulting rooms if possible to avoid injury to others. There is a baby changing table in the disabled toilet.
HEALTH AND SAFETY
Whilst we make every effort to ensure
that the building is safe for our patients and staff alike, we would request that
parents do not leave children unattended whilst in the building. |
